In the research project NEUTRALPATH, the city of Dresden is working with VONOVIA, TU Dresden, and SachsenEnergie to develop the residential buildings on Jessener Straße into a climate-neutral neighborhood.

Measures include the modernization of district heating substations and the use of solar power from local rooftops. In addition, an innovative e-charging station for private and commercial vehicles is being built.
