How can digital solutions from the model projects Smart Cities (MPSC) be sustainably continued and transferred to other municipalities? This question was the focus of the 6th Congress of Model Projects Smart Cities, which brought together around 200 representatives from municipalities across Germany at Munich Urban Colab on May 6 and 7, 2025.
The innovation venue in the Bavarian capital provided the ideal setting for the biannual networking meeting of the funded municipalities and other smartcities and regions: On 11,000 square meters, administration, start-ups, science and civil society work together here on solutions for the city of tomorrow - an example of what many municipalities have set in motion as part of the funding program.
